The Central board of secondary education has launched the CBSE dost for life mobile app.
In the current state of coronavirus the mobile app of CBSE will help protect students from mental stress. The CBSE dost for life mobile app is available on Google Play Store. The application is available for students of classes 9 to 12 to help them keep their mental health in check. Earlier, the board had also issued a toll-free number for students across the country. The mobile app is currently available only for the Android platform and is for CBSE affiliated schools.
CBSE Dost For Life Features:
– Students will be able to choose the time slot as per their convenience and join the specialist. – Students and parents will be able to choose any one of the two time slots.
– Live counseling sessions by the trend counselor / principal slot terbaru will be conducted three times a week, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for free.
– Course guides after 12th will also be found on the app. – Tips to keep mental health right will also be found.
CBSE has prepared content for students and parents to deal with social, emotional and other aspects like exam anxiety, Internet addiction, depression, change in behavior. It can be seen on the official website cbse.gov.in and on the CBSE YouTube channel.
The board has also issued a manual in which the participation of school, family and society for psychological health of students is discussed. It also includes a slot gacor hari ini discussion on the circumstances arising out of the current epidemic. The manual is available at cbse.gov.in.
